1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using CRNA Quest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CRNA Quest is a gamified study platform designed to help nurse anesthesia students prepare for the NCE (National Certification Examination) and SEE (Self-Evaluation Examination). The platform provides multiple-choice questions, spaced repetition flashcards, mock exams, study notes, and performance tracking.

3. Educational Purpose Only

CRNA Quest is an educational supplement and is not a substitute for formal education, clinical training, textbook study, or professional medical advice. The content is derived from published anesthesia textbooks and is intended to reinforce learning, not replace primary study materials.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, CRNA Quest does not guarantee that all questions and answers are error-free. Always verify clinical information with authoritative sources before applying it in practice.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or sell the question content or study materials.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than personal educational study.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

6. Intellectual Property

The questions, study notes, and content on CRNA Quest are generated from and reference published anesthesia textbooks. All citations are provided in APA 7th edition format with page numbers. Original textbook content remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers and authors. The CRNA Quest platform, interface, and gamification system are proprietary.

7. Leaderboard and Public Information

Your display name, level, XP, streak, and accuracy statistics are visible to other users through the leaderboard. You can change your display name at any time in Settings. No other personal information (email, password, specific quiz answers) is shared publicly.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

CRNA Quest offers a free tier with limited content and paid plans that unlock the full question bank, exam simulator, and spaced-repetition features. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

  • Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Manage Billing in the app menu). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting ongoing access to the paid features for as long as the service operates.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@crnaquest.com within 14 days and we will review it.
  • Prices may change; changes apply to new purchases and future renewals only, and renewals are notified in advance where required.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRNA Quest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific exam outcomes. Your exam results depend on many factors beyond this study tool.

10. Limitation of Liability

CRNA Quest and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to exam failure, incorrect clinical decisions based on study content, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of CRNA Quest after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
